Our first special release limited edition "South Pacific Gin Desert Gin".  Infused and flavoured by both local and South Pacific sourced ingredients including Australian Kutjera (desert raisin) and Aniseed Myrtle, Tongan grown Heilala vanilla bean and locally grown fresh finger lime and ginger from Northern New South Wales. Best enjoyed with a splash of quality low sugar tonic, dark soda or ginger beer-  plus the lime/lemon garnish.  Enjoy the South Pacific flavours and Taha journey
