Delivery & Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide and offer two methods, depending on your location: Free Local Delivery for locations within 20kms of our distillery; and Shipping by Courier. Please see the details of each option below.
Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery is a service offered directly through Tahā. It is available for addresses located within a 20km radius of our location. Free local delivery will be available at checkout, if your shipping address is within our delivery radius.
Local Delivery Schedule
Free local delivery will occur on Tuesday and Thursdays. Unfortunately, same day delivery is not available at this time. All orders will be processed within two business days, so we cannot promise a delivery day or date at this time.
Local Delivery Notification
Once your order has been processed, we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery day and an approximate delivery time. Please ensure any pets are secured and access to your address is available during your scheduled delivery time.
Local Delivery Regulations
Due to Australian regulations, anyone taking delivery of alcohol must be over 18 years of age and produce a valid form of ID upon delivery.
Shipping by Courier
Free shipping is available to all Australian locations for order values over $100. For any orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 is applicable.
Shipping Carriers
Your order will be delivered by Sendle or Australia Post couriers. The carrier will will be selected at our discretion, depending on your order and delivery location.

Shipping Times
Your order will be processed within two business days. Your order will then be handed over to the courier ready for shipping. Approximate shipping times are outlined below.

Shipping Notification
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been collected by the relevant courier.
Shipping Regulations
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your delivery. Due to Australian regulations, anyone taking delivery of alcohol must be over 18 years of age and produce a valid form of ID upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive your order, the item/s will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot for collection at a later date.
International Delivery
